Job Description:

Holisticon Connect is a custom software development company with a team of over 140 people, offices in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Cracow, and the opportunity to work with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our team at a leading Swedish manufacturing company. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing business intelligence and analytics tools for the finance stream, and contribute to an exciting migration project from on-prem to cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the backend development of the proprietary business intelligence (BI) and analytics tool in the Finance stream.
  • Develop and optimize solutions using Snowflake and DBT to enhance data modeling, reporting, and analysis capabilities.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless code integration and efficient development workflows.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure that data engineering needs are aligned with overall project goals, particularly in the context of migrating from on-premises infrastructure to cloud solutions.
  • Work with cloud-based data solutions, especially during the migration process from on-premises to cloud environments (AWS, or Azure).
