What You Will Do
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security controls.
  • Evaluate technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with IT to support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to continue learning new things in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce tools like Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Very good spoken and written English.
