About Our Company

Michael Page is an international recruitment agency with a presence in various countries.

We are seeking highly skilled finance professionals to join our Krakow SSC structure.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Reporting and Analysis
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for plans, month-end closings, and ad-hoc reports;
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Units teams to track key metrics effectively;
Financial Insights
  • Provide strategic financial advice to drive continuous improvement and validate savings initiatives;
  • Mentor junior team members by building their capabilities and fostering growth;
Planning and Forecasting
  • Partner with SC Finance teams to enhance processes and align goals;
  • Offer insights on significant projects, investments, and operational strategies;
Requirements

Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
  2. Over 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles;

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus;
  2. Excel in numerical and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail;
  3. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  4. Strong project management skills with agility and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork;
  5. Initiative and ownership, confidently leading projects and tasks within your scope;
  6. Effective communication and presentation skills;
