Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Lead to join our team at IPF Digital.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune for endpoint protection.
    • Utilize Microsoft Defender to monitor and manage endpoint threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
    • Develop and enforce security policies across endpoints, including encryption, anti-virus, firewall, and patch management.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders and the security team to assess and communicate acceptable levels of information security risks.
    • Act as a liaison between management's strategic activities and IT teams to ensure data protection aligns with organizational risk.
    • Manage vendor and third-party risks, ensuring information protection.
    • Proactively monitor security incidents, correlating security events to identify and mitigate potential organizational risks.
    • Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate, contain, and remediate security breaches or incidents.
    • Monitor the industry for emerging threats and advise stakeholders on appropriate actions.
    • Plan and implement employee cyber security measures.
    • Deploy and enforce security policies across endpoints, including encryption, anti-virus, firewall, and patch management.
    • Work with IT leadership to develop and implement security policies and best practices on endpoint security, including mobile device management (MDM) and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policies.
    • Ensure endpoint compliance with internal and regulatory security requirements, including data protection laws and industry standards.
    • Develop and maintain reports on endpoint security posture, incidents, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions using Intune, Defender, and Sentinel dashboards.
    • Regularly audit security controls and recommend continuous improvement in endpoint security measures.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization's IT infrastructure.
    • Provide training and awareness to end-users regarding secure endpoint usage and best practices for minimizing security risks.
