This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK's Poland team as a Health Policy Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our market access strategy and ensuring that our medicines are accessible to those who need them most.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing market access plans that align with company strategy, as well as building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and government agencies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing market access plans that align with company strategy
- Taking responsibility for reimbursement submissions and driving the reimbursement process with authorities
- Collaborating with medical, commercial and finance functions to develop and implement market access strategies
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A very good understanding of the Polish healthcare system and reimbursement processes
- Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) principles and practices
- University degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacoeconomics or public health
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
