We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Skawina, Poland. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for interpreting project drawings, collaborating with engineering teams, and setting up CNC machines for production configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret project drawings to determine part-specific requirements;
• Collaborate with engineering teams for CNC program alignment with project needs;
• Set up CNC machines for production configuration;
• Evaluate precision and quality standards;
• Conduct test runs to verify CNC outputs meet specifications;
• Provide technical expertise in CNC machines, tooling, and fixture development;
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in CNC program design and analysis for milling and turning;
• Experience in 5 Axis & Turning Programming, Hyper mill CAM tool, and medical component is a must;
• Fluency in English;
• Proficiency in CNC programming;
• Strong knowledge of metal machining processes and engineering materials;
• Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration;
• Problem-solving skills for technical issues;
• Familiarity with statistical tools and validation techniques.
