Our company is seeking a skilled Treasury Expert to join our Surface Solutions Finance Team.

We are planning to divest the Surface Solutions Business Unit to GNMI as of August 1st, and this role will be part of the divestment. The new independent business unit will require a fully-fledged finance function, and we are looking for a professional to establish and run key group accounting and consolidation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in running the operational consolidation process globally and preparing consolidated financial statements. This includes preparing and consolidating local financial statements in multiple currencies, managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports.

We offer an opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the new Finance team and processes (with focus on FP&A and Controlling) of a newly independent business unit. The position is vital as we prepare for the planned divestment of Surface Solutions.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in group accounting positions, ideally in a mid-sized multinational company
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes, and dealing with multi-currency transactions
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with consolidation software
  • Hands-on mindset, result-driven and resilient, with very good analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
