Transition and PMO Lead

We are seeking a skilled Transition and PMO Lead to join our team at LAPP Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, facilitating, and overseeing organizational changes and projects to ensure a smooth and effective process transition.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement transition plans that outline the scope, goals, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies of the project.
  • Collect business requirements and understand the business needs to iterate the project plan.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adaptation of the project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Manage the overall project resources during transition phases of the project to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting project/transition-related policies and procedures, if required.
  • Identify and document additional process improvements opportunities for possible implementation after the transition and/or project closure.
  • Coordinate the training/workshops for the project involved parties.
  • Identify potential risks, implement change strategies, and communicate with teams to minimize disruptions among teams and stakeholders.
  • Secure all stages of the migration process are successfully completed.
  • Assess and optimize processes to enhance efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Higher education degree in a relevant subject matter.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in project and transition management.
  • Good understanding of change management.
  • Previous professional experience in business processes in the BPO/Shared Services industry.
  • Extended knowledge of service transition methodology, tools proven by certification (e.g., ITIL, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, AgilePM).
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (min C1 level).
  • Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic working environment.
  • Active "hands-on" support and ability to work with stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills to set priorities and self-manage high-volume workload.
  • Ability to take the lead and proactively work on solving issues or potential risks.
  • Require traveling within the EMEA region.
