  • Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support and infrastructure management for storage systems.
  • Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage service requests, change requests, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Deploy and configure new storage infrastructure, and analyze capacity and performance.
  • Patch and upgrade storage software and tools, and implement continuous improvement and cost optimization.
  • Manage user accounts, update storage design documents, and perform physical installations.
  • Review vendor hardware compatibility lists, manage storage hardware and software lifecycles, and perform patch management and hardening.
  • Plan and schedule upgrades and patches, perform interoperability testing, and ensure compliance with vendor best practices.
  • Manage maintenance activities, perform monthly inventory testing, and support installation and decommissioning of hardware.
  • Good command of Net App On Command Active IQ Unified Manager, Net App Cloud Insights, IBM Storage Insights, IBM Spectrum Control, Huawei System Reporter, Huawei e Service, Smart Kit, Brocade SANNav, Brocade Support Link, and automation with Red Hat Ansible.
  • ITIL certification preferred, with documentation and presentation skills.
