About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Mindbox S.A. As a member of the FX tribe, you will be responsible for delivering projects for FX trading business within the Portfolio & Risk Management squad.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in FX systems, Murex expertise, and business analysis skills. They will be responsible for managing FX systems, implementing new products, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage FX systems for Straight Through Processing (STP), FX Portfolio, and Risk Management, including integration with other systems such as Murex, Back Office, and Regulatory systems.
- Implement new products and capabilities with a focus on Murex integration and configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and manage testing cycles.

**Requirements and Expectations:**

- Murex Expertise:
  • Wide experience with Murex, especially FX products (Cash & Volatility).
  • Murex Functional knowledge (Modules).
- Business Analysis Skills:
  • Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality technology solutions on time and budget.
- Technical & Market Knowledge:
  • Understanding of FX products (Cash & Volatility).
  • Good knowledge of FX Markets.
- Experience & Work Environment:
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and engage with senior front-office users.
  • Previous experience in Front Office, Middle/Back Office, or Risk Management areas.
  • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services/Banking.
- Communication & Documentation:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Experience in business documentation, presentations, workshops, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to conduct structured analysis and present defensible solutions.
- Testing & Implementation:
  • Experience in integrating products and events in Murex or other MO/BO systems.
  • Delivering logical and comprehensive test strategies with clear test cases.
  • Collaborating on defining technical requirements and managing testing cycles.
