Location: Hybrid – 1x week in the office (Warszawa, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź)

Salary:

  • UoP: 11 000 - 14 500 PLN gross/month
  • B2B: 700 - 950 PLN net + VAT/day (depending on experience)
About the Job

As an IT Transformation Project Manager, you will lead a complex transformation initiative integrating IT Cloud, Digital Workplace, and Cybersecurity resources into an existing technology landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders, define project priorities, and ensure smooth execution from initiation to closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Define transformation strategy by identifying stakeholders, gathering requirements, and setting priorities.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and develop business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in.
  3. Oversee the entire project lifecycle – from planning to execution and final handover.
  4. Track implementation progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial sector regulations, such as DORA.
  6. Prepare high-quality reports on project status and milestones.
  7. Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments.
