We are seeking an ESE Center of Excellence Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and a passion for process improvement.

  • Performing structured work assignments related to job discipline and using existing procedures and guidelines to solve routine problems.
  • Supporting Engagement Owner (EO) with the end-to-end process within the ESE tool from submission of engagement through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of external stakeholder engagements.
  • Supporting Sponsorship Owner (SO) with the end-to-end process within the SGG tool from submission of sponsorship request through to closure, providing operational guidance and administrative support to ensure on-time execution of sponsorship requests.
