At B2B S.A, we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Defence Specialist to join our team in ensuring the highest level of regulatory compliance with DORA within our Cyber Defence Centre. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving remediation efforts and implementing effective processes to ensure seamless compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rectify remediation gaps to ensure optimal compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly with regards to DORA
  • Collaborate in the development, update, and maintenance of Cyber Defence Centre processes and procedures portfolio
  • Develop and execute plans to address audit findings and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory changes impacting our banking environment and Cyber Defence Centre
  • Conduct research, evaluate, and recommend updates to existing processes and procedures to maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to drive collaboration and foster effective communication
  • Strong interest in Cyber Security and relevant supporting technologies
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, with a focus on DORA
  • Experience in GRC (governance, risk management, and compliance) in the cyber security domain
  • Proficiency in process design and documenting IT Security Processes, including creating, updating, managing, and organising dedicated instructions, procedures, standards, and policies
  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices, such as ISO and NIST
