About This Role

This position is responsible for managing vendors and materials, ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain. Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, identifying potential issues, and communicating effectively throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Lead and support sourcing initiatives, negotiation strategy execution, cost savings opportunities, and process optimization
  • Closely monitor inventory levels and submit purchase orders to vendors
  • Ensure MRP vendor and components data are up-to-date
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and provide timely results
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to drive negotiations and communicate effectively throughout the organization
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Ability to present coordination skills and moderate communication flow as needed
