Job Purpose:
This role is focused on driving sustainable plastic solutions and reducing our environmental footprint. As a member of our procurement team, you'll play a key part in achieving this goal by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
Main Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing a sustainable plastics strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change
- Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Driving process improvements and efficiency gains
Main Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for executing the regional Virgin/PCR RESIN buying strategy, driving sourcing projects that deliver on overall goals and objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years' experience in Procurement
- Experience in project management
- Commercial skills and managing partnerships
- Supply market and FMCG knowledge
- Passionate about Sustainability
