Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our team at Jit Team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing system design and application code, performing technical design reviews and code reviews, ensuring unit tests are completed and approved, and reviewing code on a regular basis to decide on refactoring and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle SQL, JPA, and Docker/Kubernetes. Experience with Agile methodologies and test automation tools like Cucumber is a plus. If you are skilled in these areas and excited to work on a high-impact financial application, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop system design and application code
  • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews
  • Ensure unit tests are completed and approved
  • Review code on a regular basis and decide on refactoring and improvements
  • Develop framework for automate testing
  • Support system/integration testing and performance testing

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Java experience
  • Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle SQL, Docker, Kubernetes knowledge
  • Focus on quality
  • Ability to work with business to clarify requirements
  • Fluent English

Nice to Have

  • Agile ways of working
  • Experience with test automation (Cucumber)
