Salary and Benefits

The estimated monthly salary for this position is between 16,050 - 24,000 PLN net (approximately $3,800-$5,700 USD) based on the provided information. This compensation will depend on your experience and skill set, with opportunities for growth as you develop.

Benefits include a great team of experts, a development & mental health budget of 4,000 PLN* per year, three additional development days off, holiday bonus (21 days B2B), national holiday bonus (B2B), language skills development budget of 1,000 PLN net per year, unlimited book budget, and equipment choice (Linux or macOS).

Job Description

We're seeking developers with practical knowledge of Scala, Akka, and Akka actors. As a part of our team, you'll work on projects that align closely with your expertise and interests. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Scala experience, professional experience with Akka Actors, experience with distributed systems, async communication via Message Brokers, testing, and relational databases.

You should also have solid experience with Akka Persistence, Akka Cluster, CQRS/ES, and knowledge sharing and establishing good design patterns. Additionally, excellent communication skills, advanced level English, a proactive approach, growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and being a real team player are essential for this role.
