Role Overview


This exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Global Web Project Lead to join our multicultural team, working closely with marketing and other teams across the globe.


The ideal candidate will partner with our developers, designers, and analytics teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of all web-related projects. As a key member of the Senior Project Management team, you will be responsible for testing and QA of output, as well as mastering our CMS content.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring top-notch web activities and delivering exceptional customer experiences globally.



  • We have over 15 B2B websites that are not marketplaces, providing a vast area for growth and optimization.
  • We prioritize A/B testing and analytical thinking, using data to drive decisions.
  • You will enjoy autonomy and ownership, with the freedom to work independently while taking initiative and responsibility for your tasks.
  • Ongoing website refreshment requires collaboration with various teams, including Devs, Designers, Product Marketers, and more.
  • We value creative problem-solving and process efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will execute web strategies aligned with company goals for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention. This involves optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.



  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Synergize eCommerce initiatives by collaborating closely with senior PM to maximize eCommerce sales.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are met.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will require:



  • A degree in marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • 5-6+ years of experience in marketing and project management, targeting objectives such as acquiring leads, eCommerce sales, or add-on revenue (ideally in b2b SaaS/marketplaces).
  • Strong project management capabilities using tools like Trello, JIRA, Spreadsheets.
  • Advanced abilities to read and provide data-driven recommendations preferably using GA4.
  • Experience working with web design and development teams.
  • Familiarity with a CMS, preferably Hubspot.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • An insatiable appetite to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in English and ideally another language such as Italian, German, Polish.
  • A getting things done attitude with strong critical thinking.
    Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €70,000 - €90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is subject to local tax regulations and does not include additional benefits.


Logistics

This role is remote-first, based in one of our European entities within the CET time zone. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor visas for this role at this point in time.


Preliminary Recruitment Process

  4. Business exercise to verify technical aspects, allowing preparation time followed by a 60-minute meeting with Luisa, Maria, and Laura to discuss findings.
