Senior Magento Solution Architect

You will be part of Xebia Poland's PHP developer community, working closely with colleagues in the PHP Guild.

As a Fullstack Magento Development Lead, you will receive development opportunities, including Tech Leader or Solutions Architect roles. You will collaborate with clients from various industries and implement business requirements using agile methodologies and tools like GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Your profile should include:

• A minimum 5 years of experience developing Magento 2/Adobe Commerce solutions,
• Expertise in both front-end and back-end development in Magento,
• Profound understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID principles,
• Proficiency in PHP 8 and Doctrine,
• Familiarity with Venia,
• Hands-on experience with Docker,
• Thorough knowledge of Composer,
• Familiarity with Magento supporting services such as MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch,
• Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS is welcome,
• Ability to effectively utilize MySQL databases and SQL proficiency,
• Understanding of REST concepts and adept at creating APIs adhering to best practices,
• Familiarity with contemporary IT systems,
• Strong commitment to code quality,
• Ability to develop unit and integration tests with a clear understanding of their significance,
• Capable of independently crafting readable and testable code compliant with industry standards,
• Familiarity with web application security,
• Comfortable engaging in discussions with C-level, leading to architectural decisions and proposed design solutions,
• Experience in effective communication with business representatives,
• Ability to comprehend customer requirements and deliver tangible business value,
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2),
• Work permit for EU region required.
