About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Global FP&A CoE team. As a key member of our finance transformation roadmap, you will play a crucial role in setting standards for financial processes related to personnel costs across 50+ locations and 40,000+ employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective, focusing on personnel cost variance analysis.
  • Perform detailed reviews of headcount and staff costs with HR partners and business stakeholders.
  • Summarize key findings to support discussions and decision-making with the business.
  • Assist in the production of the monthly cost forecast submission and update related systems.
  • Design and lead the implementation of future finance systems/tools simplifying reporting/planning/analysis, including self-service dashboards.
  • Support the annual budget process, including the design of templates and critical review of planning assumptions.
  • Support the financial review of key initiatives focused on driving business performance, including the creation and analysis of business cases for new hiring or restructuring activities.
  • Develop actionable insights to improve business unit/region profitability.
  • Continuously review and improve management information related to staff cost.
  • Raise queries to FP&A colleagues based on analysis and insights into management information.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and reporting related to cost management and governance meetings as appropriate.
  • Maintain and improve processes supporting financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Manage complex regions from a personnel cost perspective with large spend budgets and multiple senior-level stakeholders, requiring significant stakeholder management and communication experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of working experience, preferably in an FP&A department.
  • CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • General accounting knowledge.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Assured self-starter on relevant projects and work is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Pro-active and hands-on.
  • High drive and energy level.
  • Your way of working is characterized by a high level of accuracy.
  • Fluent in English.
