Job Description

This role requires an experienced Analyst with a strong analytical mindset to join our growing Insurance Operations team in Krakow. As an expert in insurance data analysis, you will partner with European clients to deliver top-notch strategic operations and analytical support throughout the entire end-to-end insurance product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update client databases based on received documents and information.
  • Analyze insurance documents, such as contracts and endorsements.
  • Prepare and circulate reports.
  • Search for solutions to evolving business requirements and needs.
  • Participate in regional and global projects as part of working groups.
  • Find, agree, and improve processes and their updates.
  • Implement tools and systems, including scenario creation and verification in UAT.
  • Communicate with development teams, client operations teams, and underwriting teams.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Creativity and ability to question the status quo.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of French, Italian, German, or Spanish (minimum B1 level).
  • Experience analyzing financial and non-financial documents and drawing conclusions.
  • A positive personality and great sense of humor.
  • The ability to organize your own time and take initiative.
