GDPS Delivery Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled GDPS Delivery Consultant to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our Global Delivery Center, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class services to our clients in the EMEA region.

• Design and implement IBM GDPS solutions for clients, ensuring optimal resiliency and availability of their mainframe environments.
• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and business partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical workshops and training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IBM GDPS technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
• Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and meet client expectations.

• 1 year of experience with IBM Systems Z hardware and software.
• Strong technical skills in z/OS, Parallel Sysplex, and GDPS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time annually.
• Fluency in English and a second European language is a must.

• Experience with z/OS system programming, RACF, and z/VM system programming.
• Knowledge of Linux on z Systems administration and networking skills, especially TCP/IP.
• Automation provisioning and storage management experience using DFSMS.
• Ability to lead customer technical workshops and provide on-going feedback to help other team members grow.
