About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Strategist to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting annual and quarterly sales plans, outlining assortment, seasonality, and key brands.

As a Category Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and the Shop Management team to fine-tune main brands and sub-categories strategies for growth through cross-departmental collaboration with Retail and Marketplace teams and committing demand planning.

You will spearhead the development of sales tools and optimizing navigation and category display to enhance sales through a deep understanding of different channels and ensuring seamless collaboration among departments within the limango group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting annual and quarterly sales plans
  • Fine-tuning main brands and sub-categories strategies for growth

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly in platform management, with a strong grasp of the kids' categories market (fashion, shoes, toys, baby accessories, baby gear).

You will also need to demonstrate expertise in sales management, fluency in English (both verbal and written), and proficient use of the MS Office suite. Experience in overseeing cross-departmental projects is nice to have for this position.

You will possess highly developed communication skills, an analytical mindset, a goal-oriented approach, a thirst for learning, and excellent organizational abilities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce industry, particularly in platform management
  • Strong grasp of kids' categories market (fashion, shoes, toys, baby accessories, baby gear)
  • Expertise in sales management, fluent English, and MS Office proficiency
  • Highly developed communication skills, analytical mindset, and goal-oriented approach
