About Our Company
Our company, a leading multinational in the FMCG industry, seeks an experienced professional to lead our HR function.
Job Summary
- We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director to manage end-to-end complex organizational changes, working closely with Business Units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead talent and performance reviews - succession planning to ensure continuity of business operations.
- Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, managing individual issues such as global mobility cases, salary reviews, job mapping, and organizational structure.
- Deploy HR processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with the legal team to ensure compliance with employment regulations and minimize risk.
- Develop and implement strategies to advise managers on how to identify, develop, and retain talent within their departments.
- Manage a team of 2 HR Business Partners to achieve business objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Higher education in fields such as Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge and practical experience in areas like succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions, and recommend further actions based on data analysis.
- Creative thinking and the courage to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent communication in English (minimum B2), with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Driving license category B and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
