We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Solutions Specialist to join our team at BRAVER IT SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA. As a key member of our IAM architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide IAM solutions that ensure security and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement IAM Solutions: You will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across our organization.
  • Define Security Policies and Access Controls: Develop and enforce security policies and access controls to safeguard our enterprise systems and data.
  • Lead IAM Architecture Initiatives: Drive IAM architecture initiatives to ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
  • Integrate IAM Solutions with Cloud and On-Premise Environments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-premise environments such as Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM.
  • Enhance Authentication and Authorization Mechanisms: Work closely with our development teams to enhance authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct Security Assessments: Perform regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for IAM improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IAM Architecture: At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust security models.
  • IAM Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud IAM.
  • Security Frameworks and Compliance: Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Terraform.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a global, enterprise environment.
