Codebeamer Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Codebeamer Consultant to join our project team. As a Codebeamer Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing ALM solutions based on third-party systems and aligned with ALM best practices.

• Work closely with external customers to identify needs, gather requirements, and analyze customer expectations.
• Participate in workshops and meetings with the customer, presenting solutions to stakeholders.
• Create a concept of final solutions based on third-party vendors' systems.
• Configure and implement final solutions on third-party vendors' systems.
• Closely cooperate with technical teams.
• Verify whether delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Suggest optimizations and areas for improvement.
• Participate in presales activities, such as assessing feasibility of requirements and preparing content of commercial offers.
• Share knowledge within the team.

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, configuring, and customizing PTC Codebeamer.
• Strong understanding of ALM methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to share knowledge, focus on learning new skills independently.
• A track record of success within a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work autonomously and focus on goals.
• Effective communication skills in English, at least B2/C1 level.

• Knowledge of PTC Windchill RV&S.
• Knowledge of PLM.
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops.
• Understanding of the Digital Thread.
• Specific ALM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Readiness to public presentations.
