Job Description: Team Lead Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Developer to lead our project teams at Appricotsoft.

About the Role:

The Team Lead Developer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking project performance, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning: Plan, implement, and track project performance, analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Technical Leadership: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility, ensure resource availability and allocation, and develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project progress.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of proven working experience in project management, specifically in the IT sector, solid technical background, and understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

You should also have strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills, bachelor's degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience, and strong working knowledge of JIRA and familiarity with agile methodologies and other project management methodologies.
