We are seeking a skilled Azure Virtual Desktop Specialist to join our dynamic team at Knowit. As a specialist, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing VDI environments using Microsoft AVD and RDS.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of virtualization technologies and network protocols. They should also have proven experience with Microsoft AVD and RDS, including designing, configuring, and managing virtual desktop environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure VDI environments to meet business requirements
  • Implement and maintain security policies for virtual desktops
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AVD and RDS systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VDI solutions with other IT infrastructure components
  • Monitor VDI performance and implement improvements as needed
