Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our company while developing strong client relationships and delivering high-quality consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of consultancy services meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and consultants by conducting regular on-site visits actively listening to their needs and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Gather feedback from clients and conduct performance reviews to understand their evolving needs.
  • Analyze both client and internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT Service Delivery or Account Management with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel primarily in Belgium.
  • Public sector experience is a valuable asset.
  • Innovative problem-solving and self-motivation are key to your success in this role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential.
