Key Responsibilities

Customer Support and Internal Collaboration

  • Communicate daily with the Technical Team, SOPX, and Leadership to report support issues, bugs, important user concerns, customer sentiment, and product feedback
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Familiarity with Autodesk procedure and guidelines
  2. Experience handling support requests from various channels, navigating CRMs, and troubleshooting iOS, Android, and Windows platforms
