Job Description

The Financial Systems Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our FP&A forecasting tool, Workday Adaptive Insights. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday Adaptive Insights reports, dashboards, and models to meet FP&A requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on system usage, functionality, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with FP&A team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product enhancements, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
