The Associate Outreach Coordinator at TN Poland supports the recruitment team in delivering objectives. A Day in the Life
You will locate, schedule, and attend community-wide events. It's essential to maintain knowledge of current enrolling studies, timelines for the studies, and protocol requirements. Your primary goal is to support increasing the database and actively contribute to initiatives and strategies to enroll potential participants onto the database. Additional tasks include distributing flyers, posters, and other advertising material as appropriate to increase awareness of clinical trials. Technology utilization plays a significant role in securing on-time enrollment, so collaboration with marketing channels is crucial. You will also provide assistance to departments outside of your own and perform administrative tasks when necessary.

Responsibilities

Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities comparable to at least two years is essential. Key skills include research clinic operations knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, and phone etiquette.
