At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our OTC Derivatives Support Team in Poland. As a key member of our Fund Accounting Utility Team, you'll be responsible for managing a subgroup of employees, overseeing trade capture, lifecycle events, and broker reconciliations for OTC derivatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a subgroup within the OTC Derivatives Support Team Poland, overseeing several clients, processes, and employees.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of processes within your scope of duties.
  • Manage team members' performance and motivate staff to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in finance or a related field.
  • At least + years of experience in operations, preferably in finance.
  • Proven people leadership experience, with - years of management experience.
  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
