The role of a Network Security Engineer at B2B S.A is focused on the Operational Support aspects of the production network Security environment, which includes all aspects of corporate Firewalls, Proxies and Intrusion Protection & Detection and DDOS capabilities.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for designing and maintaining global network security standards to ensure compliance with internal audit, IT Risk and Security, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong technical networking skills to design Network Security environments and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update global network security architecture and strategy in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, IT Risk and Security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial management and budget control principles.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex network security issues and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather information and develop project schedules.
  • Manage vendor relationships for production hardware lifecycle.
  • Track and resolve project incidents and challenges.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in network security engineering.
  • Proven track record of developing/maintaining network security architecture and strategy in global enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of network security technologies (FW, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, SASE/SSE) and associated vendors (Cisco, Citrix, F5, Fortinet, VMware).
  • Familiarity with cloud providers and service offerings.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts rapidly and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
