Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Global Accounts Director, focusing on developing and implementing customer-centric strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction in the CE cluster.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, ensuring timely execution and adherence to terms.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, R&D, OSCO, Pricing, Finance, and Forecasting teams to ensure alignment and prioritization in serving customers.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial B2B or FMCG environments, with a strong focus on sales and customer relationships.
  • Language Skills: Polish and English essential, additional languages an advantage.
  • Key Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Google applications, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the chocolate industry, including capabilities, products, and innovation, as well as knowledge of budgetary control and pricing mechanisms.
