Key Responsibilities:
  • Due Diligence and Compliance: Conduct thorough due diligence on new customers, suppliers, and third parties, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Sanctions Screening: Screen against sanctions and red flags to prevent any potential risks to our organization.
  • Compliance Platform Management: Monitor and manage our online compliance platform, ensuring all due diligence submissions are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Red Flag Resolution: Resolve any red flags or compliance issues that arise, working closely with our Compliance and Legal Team.
  • Compliance Software Administration: Support the team with the administration and management of our compliance software.
  • Due Diligence Investigations: Conduct thorough due diligence investigations using open source intelligence skills.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a compliance specialist or in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English speaking skills (at least B2).
  • Technical Skills: Very good MS Office skills, with SAP practical knowledge a plus.
  • Teamwork: Experience working in a team environment, with a global perspective.
