We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and expand relationships with existing ones.
  • Manage the acquisition process for new enterprise clients, driving business development and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Maintain market awareness and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct sales, specifically in Microsoft licensing and services.
  • Strong background in working with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a sales team, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
