Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support/DevOps Engineer to join our international team. As a key member, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployments on Windows/Linux environments, and providing top-notch IT support and administration services.

  • Consult on best DevOps practices and strategies
  • Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, package updates, testing, and security checks
  • Manage deployments for Windows/Linux environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and self-built clusters

In addition to DevOps responsibilities, your role will involve:

  • Server installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Remote installation and support for employee laptops
  • Resolving software and network issues (MS365, Teams, VPN, Hyper-V)
  • Microsoft licensing management and Azure subscription handling
  • Managing domain, website certificates, and backup strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in DevOps Engineering and IT Support Administration
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and security best practices
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep
  • Ability to troubleshoot deployment, performance, and cloud-related issues
  • Proficiency in C# backend deployments and managing frontend CI/CD processes
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, backup strategies, and cost optimization
