Job Description

As a Senior Penetration Testing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Cybersecurity department. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the penetration testing program globally across multiple business areas and regions
  2. Organizing and facilitating project planning, status meetings, reviews, requirements, and release planning
  3. Creating and delivering presentations to senior management on project goals and plans, progress reporting, updates, milestones, metrics, financials, risks, and issues
  4. Maintaining data quality in the system of record for tracking pen test activities and outcomes
  5. Ensuring compliance with internal audit and external regulators
  6. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the availability of test environments
  7. Communicating test results with the application team and cyber remediation utility team
  8. Providing metrics and tracking the service of external service providers

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Higher education, preferably in IT security
  • Very good knowledge of creating and presenting presentations in PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of penetration testing styles, types, and limitations
  • Current PMI (PMP) certificate
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with IT, business partners, and vendors
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
