Job Responsibilities
  • Employee documentation management – preparing and verifying contracts, annexes, and completing legalization documents.
  • Coordination of medical and sanitary inspections – issuing referrals, organizing medical examinations, and monitoring their validity.
  • Organizing transportation for a group of employees to the hostel or the EWL arrival department.
  • Managing work clothing – distribution, record-keeping, and maintaining the workwear inventory.
  • Handling the arrival and onboarding process – registering candidates, assisting with opening bank accounts, organizing transportation and accommodation, and conducting health and safety training.
  • Document archiving and reporting – scanning, storing, and preparing administrative reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Ukrainian/Russian, and English at a B2 level.
  • Polish language skills at a B1 level.
  • Experience in customer service and knowledge of regulations related to foreign arrivals and legalization of stay – preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and stress resistance.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independence, responsibility in action, and problem-solving abilities.
