- Managing centrally pushed product changes with national requirements.
- Analyzing and solving complex incidents raised by managed markets.
- Ensuring that managed markets receive solutions within an established Service Level Agreement.
- Handling the impact of sales data in various sales systems and channels.
Qualifications:
- Degree in economics or engineering or comparable qualification.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication skills, e.g., when conveying complex issues.
- Commitment as well as a structured way of working and flexibility.
- You like to work in teams and show yourself to be a team player even in stressful phases.
