The Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a CIAM expert, working closely with our technology co-creation and acceleration hub in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will design and implement CIAM solutions using SAP CDC to manage customer identities and access, ensuring seamless integration with various applications and services.
  • You oversee CIAM system operations, focusing on high availability, performance, and issue resolution.
    • You contribute to cross-functional project plans and adapt them within an international and agile organization, managing project budgets and resources.
    • You create and enforce security policies to safeguard customer data and adhere to relevant data privacy regulations like CCPA and GDPR.
    • You collaborate closely with IT, security, product development, and customer support teams to provide expert guidance on CIAM best practices and SAP CDC functionalities.
    • You continually enhance CIAM processes and solutions to improve customer experience and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CIAM and identity management.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC).
  • Experience with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a must.
  • SAP CDC certification preferred.
  • CISSP, CISA, ABAC, RBAC, CRISC, ITIL, CISM, ACCS, I&AM, or CIAM certification will be an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
