Responsibilities and Challenges:
  1. Deliver detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for regulatory approvals, tender, and construction.
  2. Collaborate with primary MEP and structural consultants.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and manage design team members.
  4. Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  5. Produce construction/working drawings using advanced Revit.
  6. Implement BIM for projects ranging from conceptual massing to detailed construction documents.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive individual with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience within office projects.

Apart from possessing excellent technical skills, the ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM processes, as well as strong communication skills and attention to detail.
