ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Senior Artwork Project Leader will be responsible for leading the artwork development process for new product initiatives, from design to production release. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable with complex tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the development of packaging artwork from design to printing, leveraging expertise and business acumen.
  • Lead the artwork project schedule to deliver artwork in sync with overall initiative schedules and success criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Coach and train team members on artwork processes and tools.
  • Promote key artwork process metrics and lead root-cause analysis for final artwork rejections.
  • Initiate and lead artwork meetings to address, resolve, or escalate issues, driving decision-making within initiative teams and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvements and efficiency in artwork processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with graphic artwork studios, print suppliers, and lead regular performance reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong autonomy, ownership, and accountability for results within the given scope.
  • Leadership skills to manage complexity and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers in a dynamic environment.
  • Growth mindset, focusing on solutions, improvements, and constant learning.
  • Priority-setting skills and efficient work organization in a dynamic business environment.

  • Ability to think and understand quickly, adjusting plans and actions to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills due to the nature of working with multiple functions across diverse locations and external suppliers.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and present outcomes, driving decision-making processes.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain, project management, or artwork.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Mastery of MS Office tools.
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience with ESKO WebCenter and MS Project.
  • (Nice-to-have) Practical knowledge of standard industry pre-press and printing, materials, and substrates.
