Job Title: Agile Business Analyst – M/F/D

Société Générale Poland is seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our Global Banking and Investor Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in defining and documenting business requirements and software configurations.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into user stories, considering planning and costs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Product Management and the Feature team, ensuring alignment with business value.
  • Conduct testing activities, from defining testing strategies to performing actual tests.
  • Contribute to Change Management in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Participate in Application support, analyzing incidents, problems, and requests, and coordinating with other teams until closure.
  • Ensure continuous and regular Application deployment in environments.
  • Maintain process and documentation up to date.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and growth within the Chapter, ensuring alignment with guidelines and practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Computer Science/Software Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Analysis related position.
  • Proficiency in English, with French as a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile and Project methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
  • High analytical skills, with willingness to explore technical aspects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiatives, and challenge the status quo.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
