Content Reviewer

Join Genpact, a global leader in professional services and solutions, as a Content Reviewer - Process Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of digital content and ensuring it aligns with our clients’ policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance with our clients’ requirements.
- Examine content in various formats, including text, images, audio, and video, on a daily basis.
- Identify non-compliant content and flag it for action.
- Provide feedback to improve policies, tools, and processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of adjacent and cross policies, beyond the assigned policy.
- Train team members on daily tasks as needed and requested by your manager.
- Perform tasks assigned by your manager to ensure KPIs and performance metrics are met.
- Contribute to a positive working environment through internal and external interactions.
Requirements
- Proficient level of Danish (B2 or higher)
- Very good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in content moderation is an asset
- High School Degree
