Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at AUDIT HR Sp. z o.o.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational management in a manufacturing company, covering all operational departments. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading operational processes such as production, logistics, quality, maintenance, and production engineering
• Implementing cost and efficiency optimization initiatives
• Team management and development, setting short- and long-term goals, and motivating employees
• Monitoring operational costs and implementing strategies to reduce them
• Implementing new technologies and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
• Collaborating with the CEO and Management Team to develop and implement the company's development strategy
• Reporting business results to the management board and recommending strategic decisions
• Building and maintaining an organizational culture that supports efficiency, commitment, transparency, and innovation

About You:

• Experience in an operational management role in a (metal) production environment
• Proven track record of leading an excellent operational company
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Highly developed organizational skills
