HR Generalist Role Overview

The HR Generalist at Fronius is responsible for generalist HR related topics, including recruiting and onboarding, compensation and payroll management, employee and team development, personnel marketing activities, and shaping a social working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and onboarding of new employees, including preparation of job advertisements, job interviews, and employment contracts
  • Compensation and payroll management
  • Employee and team development, including conception and organization of internal and external training programs
  • Personnel marketing activities
  • Shaping a social working environment
  • Consulting activities and ongoing support for employees and managers

Requirements

  • University degree an advantage (focus on HR management)
  • Profound knowledge of local employment law
  • Basic knowledge of compensation and payroll management
  • Two years of professional experience in HR an advantage
  • Experience in recruiting an advantage
  • Good IT knowledge (MS Office)
