We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of consulting experience, preferably within a PMO role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and moderation skills, and a quick comprehension and structured working style are essential for this position.

You will support a long-term project in the legal and data protection domain, ensuring the success of critical initiatives in compliance and regulatory frameworks. This includes acting as a Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant, supporting the legal/data protection team in project coordination and management.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be proficient in English (B2–C1), with German being a plus. An understanding of or interest in software development is preferred, and experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant, supporting the legal/data protection team in project coordination and management.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of key decisions and action points.
  • Manage and maintain project tools, such as Confluence and Jira, ensuring efficient collaboration and reporting.
  • Support project planning, resource management, and timeline tracking to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders in legal, IT, and software development.
  • Provide insights into data protection regulations (e.g., DSGVO) and ensure compliance within project deliverables.
  • Analyse project requirements and processes, providing recommendations for optimisation.
