We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Depositary Analyst-Associate 2 to join our Depositary Operations team. This exciting opportunity will involve performing, analyzing, and monitoring depositary control functions, including cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping of assets, and general oversight functions in accordance with AIFMD and UCITS regulations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within internal and external deadlines, adhering to SLAs, procedures, job aids, and relevant documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Cash-flow monitoring and analysis to ensure accurate and timely settlements.
- Safekeeping of assets, including custody on book/off book, asset ownership verification, registration, and reconciliation.
- General oversight functions, including performance of oversight checks and controls across a portfolio of clients.
- Reconciliations: analyze output and make risk assessments to identify items requiring further investigation and escalation.
- NAV calculation: review procedures and understand drivers of NAV calculation, review income distribution calculations, and ensure receivable and payable accounts are in good order.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in finance, custody, funds fund administration, or depositary.
- Great numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines and keep well-documented records.
